A4驻留 | OPEN CALL：2019A4国际艺术家驻留项目正式启动
2019A4国际艺术家驻留项目正在招募为期1-3个月的驻留 艺术家 / 策展人 / 研究者 ，截止期就在 2019年2月25日 ，根据 成都 、 横滨 、 曼谷 3个不同的城市项目我们将支持诸如往返机票、住宿、工作室、材料费等部分，并获得项目助理以及美术馆团队的专业支持，驻地期间还有机会参与各类活动以及终期展示，深入社区与城市街道，完成不一样的驻留体验。
ARIE 2019 is calling for Chinese and abroad artists, curators, researchers to apply for a one to three months residency at the A4 Art Museum (deadline February 25, 2019). We provide a round-trip plane ticket, accommodations, studio, material fees, different kinds of salons and sharing sessions and other opportunities depend on different project and cities (Chengdu, Yokohama, Bangkok); selected artists will be equipped with a program assistant and be professionally supported by the staff of the museum. Throughout the residence, artists will have the opportunities to attend assorted activities and put on a final exhibition to end this unique residency program that helps artists dive into the local social fabrics and urban spaces.
与此同时，自2019年开始，A4国际艺术家驻留项目（成都部分）还将招募重点集中于 公共艺术 部分，诸如大地艺术、雕塑、装置、社区艺术等相关部分，入选者除了获得项目的固定支持之外，根据方案类型，还有机会获得额外的预算并将作品 长期放置 于麓湖公共区域。
In the meanwhile, starting from 2019, A4 International Artists’ Residency Program (Chengdu Part) will put emphasis on the sphere of public art, such as land art, sculptures, installations, communal art and so on. In addition to the program’s customary support, selected artists can, according to the proposal, obtain extra budget and the chance to install the final work in the public area of LuxeLake.

黄金町社区共生艺术计划/ Koganecho Area Management Center
它们是推动「艺术作为社区营造方法」的非营利团体。和地区居民、警察、行政单位、企业及大学共同合作。除了每年举办的艺术展览「黄金町Bazaar」，还有邀请艺术家驻留创作的项目，以及向地区开放的学习与交流的场地「黄金町艺术学校」等等。
It’s a non-profit art group for the promotion of [community fostered by art]. It cooperates with the local residents, police, administrative bodies, companies and universities. Apart from the annual art exhibition [Koganecho Bazaar], it also invites artists for residence and organizes the Koganecho Art School Open Day and other learning and exchange opportunities for the local community.

2019A4国际艺术家驻留项目
自2013年4月项目正式启动，A4国际艺术家驻留项目坚持每年持续推动更多国家与地区间的艺术家、策展人、设计师等的交流与互访，鼓励具有独立创想和艺术研究建树的个人或艺术小组深入社区与城市参与项目，通过国际驻留期间的在地创作、交流和展示，进一步推进自身和所属区域的文化互动与学术交流。根植于本地社区与城市，麓湖•A4美术馆不仅提供高效与专业的学术支持，还将带来驻留同期丰富的活动体验与对话，为参与者带来广阔、多元、深度的创作空间与可能性。
目前国际艺术家驻留项目主要分为四个不同部分，分别是邀请制驻留，城市间双向交换驻留，国际国内公开招募申请以及公共艺术项目专项驻留。
Since the project was formally initiated in April 2013,A4’s artist in residence international exchange program has given many artists,curators, and designers from China and abroad the opportunity to exchange andinteract with one another. It has also encouraged innovative artists and artistgroups with contributions to public knowledge to carry out participatoryprojects that intervene in the community or city. The international residency’slocally based production, exchange, and exhibitions strengthen culturalexchange and academic dialogue between the institution and its surroundings.Based in the local community, LUXELAKES·A4 Art Museum not only provides exemplary academicsupport, it also coordinates events and discussions during the duration of theresidency, making it possible for participants to expand, diversify, and deepentheir artistic practices.
At present, the artist in residence international exchangeprogram is divided into four distinct sections:invitationalresidency, city based residency exchanges, open applications for internationaland domestic artists, and residencies specifically for public art projects.
